Project management of dairy processing plant

Zenith Global was responsible for the project management of Almarai’s 72,000 m2 Central Processing Plant (CPP2) including services, stores, processing and packaging. The brief included layout design, process engineering and specification, filling line design and specification, hygiene protocols, internal finishes, services, drainage, waste water and effluent treatment.
