Phil Wilkes
Principal Operations Consultant
Phil is an engineer and Principal Operations Consultant at Zenith Global, with over 30 years’ experience in the food and drink sectors across the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.
Prior to joining Zenith Global, Phil was Executive Director of a large independent UK brewery and drinks industry consultant to the World Bank, before starting a specialist project consultancy business. He has project managed the design and construction of many food and drink manufacturing facilities and undertaken due diligence and manufacturing improvement studies widely in the industry.
Phil has degrees in both Engineering and Economics from the University of Oxford.
