We found oil. We abandoned agriculture. We have to take agriculture seriously again. Agriculture is not a social sector. Agriculture is a business.
Our policy is government enabled private sector led investment. We have to shift the productivity frontier forward. We use 8,000 tonnes of seed. The potential is 1 million tonnes.
Africa has the greatest potential to contribute to feeding the world.
