FLOATING BREWERIES
During October, I remarked on eye catching innovations such as carbonated cucumber and yogurt with 15% alcohol. This week, I’d like to highlight two more mind bending mould breakers that have caught my eye recently.
The first is the idea of brewing at sea on floating breweries using desalinated water. This is apparently being seriously considered by SABMiller for Africa because of looming water supply shortages.
