After a 20-year marketing career in large, branded consumer goods businesses such Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and Pepsi Co, Will has spent the last decade in strategy and leadership roles, helping businesses such as Pukka Herbal Teas to grow and evolve, before joining Ecosurety in 2021 to lead the team and the strategic direction of the company.
Will is not only passionate about developing teams and enabling people to play to their strengths to improve the business, he is also driven to ensure that businesses are ethical and sustainable.
Mark Adlam
Sales Director for Esterform
Mark Adlam has had a varied global career in PET, selling polyester as far North as Reykjavik Iceland and as far South as Ushuaia, Argentina.
His experience in the converter industry combined with his knowledge of PET has helped with the introduction of EsterPET to the UK market and gives him good insight into the complicated world of PET recycling.
He has a Natural Sciences Degree from Cambridge University and his interests outside of work range from skiing to playing the trombone in brass bands.

Anthony Walker is Senior Communications Manager at the Natural Source Waters Association (NSWA), where he has been since October 2017.
Kinvara Carey
General Manager of Natural Source Waters Association
Kinvara was appointed General Manager of the Natural Hydration Council (NHC) in January 2011. The NHC was set up to promote water as the healthiest way to hydrate.
The Natural Source Waters Association continues to work with dieticians and other partners to promote water as the healthiest way to hydrate as well as working with stakeholders to look at ways to eliminate packaging waste through building a circular plastics economy, and protecting the environment.
Prior to this, Kinvara was an Associate Board Director at leading PR agency, Freud Communications where she worked for ten years. During that time, she developed corporate and consumer communications strategies for companies including KFC, Pizza Hut, PepsiCo and Mars Incorporated. This included internal and external proactive communications, behaviour change campaigns, crisis and issues management and stakeholder engagement.
In addition to working in the food and drink sector, Kinvara managed media clients such as Random House publishing and Warner Bros.

Co-Founder of Re:Water, Matt Crocker has worked in the bottled water industry for over 15 years. Previously he worked at Radio 1 and Virgin Radio as a media planner and account director. Originally from Wales he has a passion for rugby, kayaking and scuba diving.
James Smith

James joined Shepley Spring in 1998 and has been Managing Director since 2007. In that time the company has grown into a multi-site operation selling over a million bottles every day.
James is a former Royal Air Force Officer and enjoys cycling and spending time with his partner and his four sons.
