Richard Hall
Chairman of Zenith Global Ltd
Richard Hall is an acknowledged expert on the international food and drinks sector, chairing and speaking at numerous industry conferences as well as offering independent comment on bevblog.net.
He formed Zenith in 1991 as a specialist business consultancy for the food and drink industries. The company now has 40 staff working for more than 1,000 clients in over 50 countries. It provides a full range of consulting and market information services. In 2015, Zenith acquired the Beverage Digest business in the United States. He also chairs FoodBev Media, which he founded in 2000. Its team of 15 staff publishes two business journals and manages the foodbev.com website.
Richard has undertaken many consultancy projects over the past 25 years as well as helping form several industry organisations, including the foundation and chairmanship of the Natural Hydration Council. In 2010 he was Series Consultant for the BBC Money Programme series on The Foods That Make Billions. In 2013 he completed six years as Chairman of the Bath & North East Somerset Quartet Community Foundation, after two years as Chairman of the Bath City of Festivals Steering Group and two previous years as President of Bath Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Director of Bath Philharmonia and a Governor of Royal High School Bath.
Duane Stanford

Duane is Executive Editor of Beverage Digest, a newsletter covering the non-alcoholic drinks business. Previously, he spent 23 years at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Bloomberg News.
Duane graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, where he met his wife of more than two decades. Laura Stanford is Beverage Digest’s marketing & subscriptions manager. They have a daughter in high school and a son in college. Duane is a serial PTA president and volunteer, holds a now rarely-used pilot’s license, and enjoys competitive tennis.
Andrew Kuiler

Andrew is the founder and CEO of The Silk Initiative, China’s only specialized food and beverage insights-driven brand consultancy.
With nearly 20 years of experience working with major brands including Campbell’s, PepsiCo, Arla, VitaCoco, Goodman Fielder, Pizza Hut, Unilever, US Dairy, and Mars Wrigley, Andrew has a strong understanding of the strategic approach brands need to thrive. Prior to joining Zenith in January 2015, Anne has over ten years of experience within the Canadian and UK food and drink industry in supply chain and strategic purchasing, and account management roles. Anne holds an MBA degree from the University of Bath and Honours Business Administration degree from the Western University, Ivey Business School.
Robin Bell

Robin has 15 years strategic marketing and product development experience in the food, beverage and consumer leisure goods industries.
Robin has successfully led new market entry projects for U.S. consumer durables business, The Jarden Corporation, enabling its portfolio of leisure brands to enter and maximise European market opportunity, creating and defining marketing strategies from the ground up across both trade and retail channels, to quickly gain traction and deliver sales. Most recently Robin has launched both food service and direct to consumer food and beverage product ranges into new and existing markets for Apetito AG and Kerry Foods, executing product and route to market strategies to outperform forecasts.

Jerry Fowden

Mr. Fowden is Executive Chairman of Cott Corporation (NYSE: COT, TSX:BCB) & was previously its CEO from 2009 until 2019.
Jerry Fowden joined Cott in September 2007.
Prior to joining Cott, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Trader Media Group, undertook various roles with AB InBev, including global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the AB InBev subsidiary Bass Brewers, was Managing Director of the Rank Group's Hospitality Division and served on the Rank Group Plc's Board of Directors, was Chief Executive Officer of Hero AG's European beverage operations, and undertook various international roles within PepsiCo's beverage operations across the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as having sales, marketing and management roles with Mars pet care operations.
Jerry Fowden is a member of the Board of Constellation Brands & a member of it’s Governance Committee as well as Chairman of it’s Remuneration Committee.
Jerry Fowden received Ernst & Young’s 2016 National Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Consumer & Retail Sector as a results of Cott’s successful transformation well as Institutional Investors 2018 & 2019 Awards for Most Honored Company & Best Midcap CEO.
Shaun Browne

Mr Browne is Co-Head of UK Corporate Finance based in our London office, working with all industry teams, as well as Finance Sponsors Coverage Group and Capital Markets.
Mr Browne was previously Managing Director of McQueen, the London-based investment bank focused on the consumer sectors, which he co-founded in 2002. McQueen grew to be one of the most successful M&A advisors to the European consumer sector prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2015. Prior to McQueen, Mr Browne co-founded the Consumer M&A team at HSBC (1999-2002) and was CEO of HSBC Investment Bank in India (1996-1999). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London in 1988 and joined HSBC in 1992.
