The UK Bottled Water Conference will provide updates and insights on consumer and market trends, as well as exploring the direction of new product development and debating key issues from health to sustainability. About the event
The UK bottled water market has grown beyond imagination since the first industry event in 1992, under a halo of healthy convenience.
With a theme of 'Thirst for growth', this 27th annual conference will focus on the new challenges facing business leaders, from consumer shopping and added product functionality to concerns over plastic and sustainability.
Delegates will hear from established companies as well as other experts and innovators on: market, consumer and retail trends; tackling the big environmental questions; and the latest in innovation including enhanced and functional waters.

Paul is the External Affairs Manager at Greggs. Although originally qualifying as an Industrial Chemist, Paul moved into Safety, Health and Environmental management within the chemical industry for a period before taking a similar role within Greggs.
He is a regular speaker at industry events, featured in Resource Magazine’s top 100 most influential people in the waste sector and has been recipient of a number of business leader awards.

Simon is experienced in business planning, competitor analysis, distributor recommendations, pricing and promotion recommendations, route to market analysis and market quantification.
Prior to joining Zenith Simon worked as a Business Manager for an International Development organisation and as a Business Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sara Royo Alcalde

Sara is Strategic Insight Director at Kantar Worldpanel where she works across a wide range of big-name soft drinks manufactures and FMCG brands.
Sara is passionate about the effective communication of insight, and regularly presents Kantar Worldpanel’s latest Thought Leadership to her clients and contributes as a speaker at the company’s client-facing events.
Simon Oldham
Chief Commercial Officer of Highland Spring Group
He started as an analyst before taking on a number of roles in the Sales, Marketing and Commercial planning functions, initially at P&G and subsequently Whyte & Mackay where he went on to run the UK Commercial team as UK MD.

Gemma Morgan
Marketing Manager - Evian and Badoit at Danone Waters UK & Ireland
Gemma joined Danone Waters UK/IR in 2017 to head up the evian marketing team, and shortly after managed the announcement of Evian's commitment to be 100% circular by 2025.
She leads the marketing for Evian in UK, an iconic brand of the category and a flagship brand of Danone. She began her marketing career in Danone’s Dairy Division in the UK working on the Activia and Actimel brands. She later moved to Canada leading the Naya brand relaunch for Danone Naya Waters, before returning to the UK Dairy Division to lead communications on Activia. In 2010 she moved to Johnson and Johnson, where as Global Senior Marketing Manager she led strategy, communications and innovation for the Cough Cold franchise. She returned to Danone to take up her current post.

Jamie founded ACTIPH water after rowing from Australia to Africa when he realised mixing small amounts of sea water with their water hydrated them faster than ordinary water.

Oliver Bolton

Oliver has been working in the soft drinks industry over the last 12 years, having founded his disruptive hydration business, Waterbomb in 2007.
He launched his new food-tech platform, Almond earlier this year. Almond is a blockchain based ecosystem that aims to create an alternative goods market to better benefit consumers, the planet and purpose-driven brands. A secure, hidden ‘Almond Matrix Code’ is included on partner products to create a unique digital identity which then allows brands to share specific product supply-chain data and offer token loyalty rewards. Simon has a broad experience having spent the best part of 20 years working in the drinks industry. The earlier part of his career saw him spend time at Heineken, GSK, and Carlsberg, where he had a variety of sales, marketing and NPD roles.
Simon is now a partner in Tudor Drinks and working entrepreneurially to build Harry Brompton’s London Ice Tea. He has been instrumental in developing and launching LOVEAU, an innovative and premium brand for the fast-growing sparkling infused water category.
