Entering the Awards

The 2025 World Charcuterie Awards are now open for entries, and we’ve made the process easy through the Zenith Global platform. Follow the steps below to complete your registration and take part in this prestigious event.

Entry Dates

The awards are open for entries from 10 October 2024 until 14 March 2025.

• Early Bird Discount: Register by 17 January 2025 to enjoy a discounted entry rate!

Entry Fees

• Standard Fee: £135 per product entry (early bird rate until 17 January 2025), and £165 thereafter.
• Small-Scale Producers (with annual turnover below £1 million): £75 per product entry (early bird rate until 17 January 2025), and £90 thereafter.
• Note: VAT will be applied as applicable.

Entry process

To register, please complete the entry form hosted on our secure Zenith Global platform:

1. Fill Out the Registration Form: Provide details for each product entry, including contact and product information.
2. Submit & Confirm Payment: After submission, you’ll receive an invoice, and a member of our team will assist you with next steps.
3. Send Your Product Sample: For each product entry, you will be asked to send a sample for the Judging Session scheduled for April 2025. We will provide details regarding the judging location and the required quantities no later than March 2025.
