Fourth front door for Zenith

Less than a year after taking on a third front door for its head office in Bath, Zenith International's rapidly growing consulting business has expanded into a fourth building in the city's central Kingsmead Square.

"We already have various staff working mainly or partly from home or on other flexible arrangements, but this year has proved even busier than we had anticipated," commented Zenith Chairman Richard Hall.

Recognised as Europe's leading drinks consultancy since the 1990s, Zenith had occupied all of numbers 7 and 8 for several years. In order to spread more actively into other food sectors, the company added two extra floors in the adjoining number 9 last November. Now it has also crossed to the other side of the square into number 15, with space for 19 more staff.

"Currently we are up to almost 60 people in Bath and we are seeking new appointments in four departments - Information Technology, Market Consulting, Research & Development and Water & Environment", Richard Hall elaborated.

Number 15 will provide a new base for the group's publishing firm, Zenith International Publishing, which expects turnover to reach £1 million in 2007 through five trade magazines and other contract publishing. There will be no changes to postal addresses or telephone numbers.
