Zenith forms new operations advice unit
Europe's leading drinks consultancy Zenith International has formed a new unit with world leading experts to advise beverage companies on operational change.
With a new office in Brussels, the Active Intervention team will handle everything from development projects and plant efficiency to quality issues and crisis response.
It will be managed jointly by Zenith Operations Consulting Director Stuart Banham and newly appointed Technology Principal Olivier Coullon. Olivier was previously a senior Quality Assurance Manager for The Coca-Cola Company, with responsibility for quality at over 70 production sites.
Other key members of the Active Intervention team include:
Duncan Finlayson, chartered engineer and groundwater expert;
David Joyce, microbiologist;
Harry Glover, chartered engineer and Master Brewer;
Mike Carney, specialist water treatment engineer; and
Gerry Post, beverage technologist, based near Amsterdam.
Each of these has over 20 years' experience, many with world leading soft drinks and brewing companies. Between them, they have worked on over 1,000 projects in 60 countries.
"Many beverage manufacturers are under unprecedented pressure to deliver a growing number of change projects, which may conflict with the need to satisfy everyday production demands," commented Stuart Banham. "Our aim is to assess the changes required and dependably assist with completion on time, within budget and to the highest standards."
